The Association of Professional Security Providers of North Carolina is formed:

 – to promote and maintain the highest standards and practices for the private security profession,

 – to serve as a responsible and well-informed voice representing the security industry in the political and legislative arenas, 

 – to foster and perpetuate among its members a spirit of cooperation,

  –  and to establish mutual trust, good will and fellowship among private security personnel, persons engaged in law enforcement, and with all the citizens of the State of North Carolina.
